Устная часть ОГЭ 2016 Английский язык.

Инструкция по выполнению работы.

Устная часть КИМ ОГЭ по английскому языку включает в себя 3 задания.

Задание 1 предусматривает чтение вслух небольшого текста научно- популярного характера. Время на подготовку – 1,5 минуты.

В задании 2 предлагается принять участие в условном диалоге- расспросе: ответить на шесть услышанных в аудиозаписи вопросов телефонного опроса.

В задании 3 необходимо построить связное монологическое высказывание на определённую тему с опорой на план. Время на подготовку – 1,5 минуты.

Общее время ответа одного участника ОГЭ (включая время на подготовку) – 15 минут. Каждое последующее задание выдаётся после окончания выполнения предыдущего задания. Всё время ответа ведётся аудио- и видеозапись.

Задание 1 (тексты для чтения вслух)

Task 1

It was used by the Roman officials to transfer information throughout the Empire. Staging posts and a system with horses and carriages meant that messages could move quickly, by using many riders instead of one. It was very important for business and military reasons that good communication system existed. However, the Romans were not the first to realize this. The Chinese and Persian empires used systems of horses and riders more than 500 years before the Romans.

Task 2

They were invented in Great Britain. It was a British man called Rowland Hill who proposed a stamp to be stuck on the letter to identify that postage had been paid. The first stamp was issued in 1840. It was called the Penny Black and the profile of Queen Victoria’s head was depicted there. The stamp cost 1 pence and was darkly coloured. About 65 million Penny Blacks were issued, and nowadays it is not a very rare stamp.

Task 3

English is basically a Germanic language with a lot of Latin words in it. In simple terms, that means that the grammar and many of the most frequent words are Germanic, and the more formal or technical vocabulary is Latinate. The linguistic mixture is a result of historical events. But the simple historical facts appear not to explain everything about the development of the language. One interesting question is why the British did not learn Latin from the Romans.

Task 4

Billions of people speak English, two-thirds of the planet’s scientists write in English, and over 80% of the world’s electronic information is stored in English. But not all the British are really self-satisfied about the status of their language. But they are quite well aware that today it is out of their hands: the reasons for the popularity of English are either lost in history, or something to do with the superpower on the other side of the Atlantic.

Task 5

The early history of Canada is a story of fish and fur. But after the World War II, Canada began to develop its own industries, such as producing cars and airoplanes. Today, Canada is the largest producer of nickel. It supplies the world with iron and copper as well as wood, paper, oil, gold and silver. Canada now has moved swiftly with research and development in fibre optics and communications.

Task 6

Canada’s two official languages are English and French. They are the mother tongue of 60% and 23% of the population respectively. You can notice the both languages on highway signs, maps, tourists’ leaflets and all types of packaging. Canadian English contains elements of British English and American English in its vocabulary. The five most widely-spoken non-official languages are Chinese, Punjubi, Spanish, Italian and Arabic.

Аннотация

Цель предлагаемого пособия — помочь учащимся 9 класса в кратчайшие сроки подготовиться к устной части основного государственного экзамена (ОГЭ) по английскому языку. В сборнике приведена основная информация об экзаменационных заданиях и критериях их оценивания, даны подробные рекомендации для подготовки к каждому заданию, а также представлены 20 тренировочных вариантов, которые можно использовать в качестве практического материала для подготовки к экзамену.

Предложенные варианты помогут составить представление о структуре, числе, форме и уровне сложности заданий и выработать правильную стратегию подготовки к экзамену. Сборник будет полезен и учителям, которые найдут в нем необходимый материал для работы на уроках.

Цель предлагаемого пособия — помочь учащимся 9 классов в кратчайшие сроки подготовиться к устной части основного государственного экзамена (ОГЭ) по английскому языку. Оно может быть также полезно и учителям, которые найдут в нём необходимый материал для работы на уроках. Пособие ориентировано на адаптацию к тестовым технологиям контроля с учетом их нового формата и содержания.

С 2016 года выпускники 9 классов сдают устную часть ОГЭ по английскому языку в новом формате без участия экзаменатора-собеседника. Все контрольные измерительные материалы представлены в электронном виде на компьютере, а ответ учащегося записывается на цифровой носитель информации для последующей проверки сертифицированными экспертами.

You are going to read the text aloud. You have 1.5 minutes to read the text silently, and then be ready to read it aloud. Remember that you will not have more than 2 minutes for reading aloud.

One day a young man who lived near the lake in a small American town asked himself, “Why can’t people ski on water if they can ski on snow?” With his brother’s help he constructed several models of skis to test his ideas. He experimented on the local lake for a few days and created skis suitable for the water. This happened in 1922. The young man, who was only 18 at that time, didn’t patent his invention. However, he performed a lot of shows across the country that made him and the sport of water skiing popular. Later, he was recognized as the creator of a new sport – water skiing.

Water skiing equipment has been greatly improved since that time, and the number of people who enjoy this sport is growing in many countries.

Устная часть ОГЭ по английскому языку: советы и рекомендации

Вторая (устная) часть экзамена по английскому языку, в отличие от первой, проводится в отдельный день (обычно это на следующий день) в компьютеризированной форме, то есть данная часть экзамена проходит без участия экзаменатора-собеседника, на основе особого программного обеспечения, но в аудитории постоянно присутствует один из организаторов экзамена. Задания предъявляются экзаменуемому на экране компьютера, в компьютерную программу заложен точный хронометраж времени (счетчик) на подготовку и ответ.

По завершению экзамена аудиозаписи ответов экзаменуемых предоставляются для оценивания экспертам, прошедшими специальную подготовку.  Каждая экзаменационная запись проверяется двумя подготовленными специалистами по единым критериям оценки.

Устная часть КИМ ОГЭ по английскому языку включает в себя 3 задания. Всего общее время ответа одного экзаменуемого по  ОГЭ (включая время на подготовку) – 15 минут. Всего общее количество баллов — 20.

Устная часть экзамена — это 20 баллов к экзамену. Лучше всего начинать готовится к данной части сразу как только экзаменуемый решился сдавать экзамен по английскому языку.
